Former Dassey Attorney Faces Stalking Charges

A former attorney for Brendan Dassey is now facing charges of his own – as he now faces counts of felony stalking. Fox Crossing municipal judge Len Kachinsky is also charged with two misdemeanor counts of violating a restraining order. This comes after his court clerk claims he harassed her and retaliated against her, and a judge recently re-issued a restraining order. A review of emails, voicemails, and meetings notes led authorities to determine he had been harassing the clerk for the past year. Kachinsky is set to appear in court on August 6^th.
