Former MIS Director Agrees To Pay Remaining Restitution To City

Former Fond du Lac Management Information Systems Director Mark Beveridge was back in a Fond du Lac County Court room this week. As a result of the hearing his probation will end on November 11th if he pays the more than $36,000 in restitution he still owes the City. The 69-year-old Fond du Lac man was found guilty by a jury in 2012 of charges stemming from a scheme in which fraudulent invoices were submitted and equipment was kept for personal use. Beveridge served more than a year in prison. Three other former MIS employees and a vendor were involved in the scheme and were also prosecuted and convicted.
