Former St Lawrence Seminary Student Convicted Of Burglary

The 15-year-old boy suspected of setting a fire at St. Lawrence Seminary last March has been convicted of burglary. The theft was discovered not long after the fire that destroyed St. Joseph Hall, which was the oldest building on the campus. He was not charged with Arson. The theft case went through the Milwaukee Court’s juvenile system and the boy was placed on probation. The boy is from Milwaukee. Investigators found out that money was taken from the area where the blaze started. Forty-one different fire departments and agencies responded to the fire last March 8th.  No one was hurt during the blaze.
