Four Charged For Running Berlin Meth Lab

Four people from Fond du Lac, Berlin and Ripon are facing charges stemming from the operation of a methamphetamine lab in the City of Berlin. Charges are being brought against 32-year-old Russell Barton of Fond du Lac, 43-year-old Shawn Ellis of Berlin, 30-year-old Jennifer Hetchler of Berlin, and 32-year-old Shannon McFarlin of Ripon. Berlin Police say the investigation into the meth lab started with a traffic stop on June 9th. Charges are being referred to the Green Lake County District Attorney’s Office. All four suspects were initially arrested on probation and parole violations.
