Four Injured In FDL County Accident
Four people were injured when two vehicles collided at the
intersection of County Highway H and 7-Hills Road in the Town of Forest late
Friday night. Fond du Lac County Sheiff’s Sergeant Renee Schuster says
16-year-old Sarah Lemke of North Fond du Lac was heading south and failed to
stop at a stop sign pulling out into the path of a westbound vehicle driven by 61-year-old
Daniel Goebel of Eden. A Flight for Life helicopter flew him to Theda Clark
Regional Medical Center with serious injuries. Lemke wasn’t hurt. Two passengers
in her car 18-year-old Ian Lemke of North Fond du Lac and 18-year-old Elicia
Jorgenson of Fond du Lac, and a passenger in Goebel’s car 52-year-old Maria
Goebel of Eden were taken to St. Agnes Hospital with non-life threatening
injuries. Also assisting at the scene were Mt. Calvary Ambulance, Campbellsport
Ambulance, Fond du Lac paramedics, and Eden First Responders and Fire
Department, The accident was reported at 10:15 p.m.
