Fox Lake Woman Accused Of Aiding Murder Suspect Shows Up Late For Trial

The Fox Lake woman suspected of helping her son hide the body of a murder victim showed up late for the first day of her Dodge County jury trial Monday. Marjorie Jones showed up nearly three hours after the trial was supposed to start. It took 90 minutes to select a jury. Opening arguments were held and the first witnesses were then called. The 65-year-old Jones is charged with aiding a felon in connection with the December 2016 murder of Sesalie Dixon. Her son, Laverne Ware Jr is charged with Dixon’s murder. His jury trial is in April.
