Free Fare Day for FDL Area Transit Returns This Month

Free
Fare Day is returning to the Fond du
Lac Area Transit system. Rides will be free on all
City Transit buses on Friday, August 31^st. They will also be giving
away monthly bus passes, tokens, and day passes. The routes going past schools
will also be running normal morning and afternoon hours during the day as well.
Refreshments and prizes will also be available from 9:00 until noon at the
transfer zone at the corner of Rees and Macy Streets, across from the Police
Department. Drivers and staff will also be around to answer any questions
related to the transit system.
