Frozen Peas Recall
Lakeside Foods of Manitowoc is voluntarily recalling 1,568 packages of 16 ounce Season’s Choice Brand Frozen Peas. The peas were packed for Aldi Incorporated and distributed in 7 states including Wisconsin. The packages may cause bacteria that could cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems. All the suspected packages have been removed from store shelves.
