Fundraising Continues For Career Construction Academy

The Fond du Lac School Board this week voted to fund up to $750,000 of the $1.1 million needed to build a Career Construction Academy behind the High School. Bob Roehrig serves on the committees for the academy. He says they will continue fundraising efforts for the 6,000 square foot facility. They hope to reduce the amount the school district will have to chip in to guarantee the building will have the necessary equipment and become an affordable option for the school district. Ground will be broken for the facility on March 1st.
