Gableman Told To Stop Deleting Records, Again

Another judge is telling Michael Gableman to stop deleting records as part of his review of the 202 presidential election in Wisconsin.

Dane County judge Jacob Frost issued the latest order Tuesday. It’s the third time a judge has told Gableman to stop deleting or throwing away records related to his role as special counsel working at the behest of Republicans to review how the last election was conducted.

The liberal watchdog group American Oversight has filed its fourth open-records lawsuit against Gableman’s office.

The latest suit was filed after he testified he’d deleted records he deemed not useful.
