Garage Fire In FDL

Fond du Lac firefighters put out a garage fire at 1215 Wedgewood Lane last night. The call came in at 8:44 p.m. The fire was extinguished before it reached the home. Division Chief of Fire Prevention Troy Haase says the fire caused moderate damage to the garage. It’s believed the cause of fire was previously burned paper and ashes discarded in the trash container. No one was injured during the blaze. Police assisted with traffic and scene control.
