Gas Price Report : Prices Dip Slightly in Wisconsin, Nation

One week after jumping nearly 10 cents in Wisconsin, the
average cost of a gallon of gas in the state fell slightly this week. Triple-A
says the statewide average fell four cents from last week to $2.53 a gallon. In
Fond du Lac County, drivers are seeing an average price of $2.47 a gallon,
which is down five cents from the previous week. Milwaukee County drivers are
seeing the lowest price at the pump this week at $2.41, while Price County in
northern Wisconsin continues to have the highest price at $2.81.


On a national level, the nationwide average price dropped a
penny this week to $2.65. California has the highest price at the pump at an
even $4 a gallon, while Louisiana has the lowest at $2.30.
