Heroin Conspiracy Ringleader Pleads Guilty

The ringleader of a million dollar heroin conspiracy is
pleading guilty to several charges against him in Fond du Lac County Court. Allen Ferguson
entered the pleas to five counts of manufacturing and delivery of heroin and
another count of possession with intent to deliver.

Ferguson admitted to
trafficking 200-300 grams of heroin from Chicago to Fond du Lac each month – distributing
about seven-thousand grams with a street value over one-million dollars between
March 2015 and February 2017.

A number of other people involved were also
arrested, while drugs and money were seized during those arrests. All
defendants in the conspiracy have now been convicted for their roles. Ferguson now faces up to
111 years in prison, with a sentencing date to be scheduled at a later date.
