Home Sales Down In FDL County Last Month
The median price of existing homes in Fond du Lac County was up by 13 percent last month compared to April of 2016, but sales of those homes were down by 27 percent. According to the Wisconsin Realtors Association 97 homes sold last month compared to 133 last April. The median price for a home was $118,500. Year-to-date in Fond du Lac County existing home sales are down by 14.5 percent while the median price of a home is up by 14 percent. Statewide in April home sales were down by nearly 11 percent while the median price of home increased by almost 7 percent.
