Home Sales Down In FDL County
There was mixed news for existing homes sales in Fond du Lac County last month. Home sales were down by nearly 36 percent, while the median price of those homes was up by 2.6 percent. According to the Wisconsin Realtors Association homes sales across the state were down 7.5 percent compared to July of last year. In Fond du Lac County 114 homes were sold last month compared to 177 in July of 2016. Year-to-date homes sales are down by 7.1 percent in the County.
