Horicon Man Sent To Prison On Child Porn Charges

A Horicon man has been sentenced to prison following charges of possession of Child Pornography.

40-year old Bryan Hartley will serve three years in prison followed by three years of extended supervision for each of the three counts, to run concurrently.

Analysts with the Department of Homeland Security received information back in February of 2020 regarding child pornography that had been shared on the app called Kik.

A request for subscriber information revealed that one of the IP addresses requesting the information came back to Hartley.

A search of Hartley’s residence turned up a flash drive with images and videos consistent with child pornography.
