Initial Hearing Delayed Again For Former Teacher’s Aide

The initial appearance for a former Oshkosh middle school teacher’s aide accused of having a sexual relationship with a student has been delayed a second time. The hearing in Winnebago County Court for 26-year-old Lindsey Quednow of Oshkosh will be Wednesday afternoon on charges stemming from her contact with the 14-year-old student while she worked at Merrill Middle School. An initial delay last Friday was so she could hire a lawyer. Now she has one, but he was unable to appear Monday in court. The alleged relationship began in July and ended a month later. She is no longer working for the Oshkosh Area School District.
