Johnson Says Business Vaccination Order Not Needed

U-S Senator Ron Johnson – who opposes the Biden administration’s COVID-19 vaccination requirement for businesses – argues there’s no need for vaccinated people to worry about the unvaccinated.

“If the vaccines are effective, what do you care if somebody else is vaccinated or not. It doesn’t affect you one way or the other. If on the other hand you follow the ‘no’ line, the vaccines aren’t effective, it goes in the same box, vaccine mandates are pointless.”

The Wisconsin Republican, (who had a mild case of COVID last year and is unvaccinated,) also claims the vaccine order for businesses employing more than 100 people will force some health care workers to quit their jobs. A federal appeals court temporarily blocked the vaccine and testing requirements on Saturday, just a day after they had officially gone into effect.
