Jones’ 4 TD Performance Carries Pack Past Dallas

Green Bay 34, Dallas 24

–Aaron Jones ran for a career-high four touchdowns to power the Packers past the Cowboys on Sunday afternoon. Green Bay built a 17-0 lead at halftime and extended the lead out to 31-3 before Dallas made a fourth quarter rally to pull within 34-24 with 7:46 left in the game on a 53-yard pass from Dak Prescott to Amari Cooper. The Cowboys would miss a 33-yard field goal with 1:44 left that would have made it a seven point game, and the Packers were able to run out the clock.

The Green Bay defense recorded three sacks and intercepted Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott three times in the win. Despite that, Dallas still managed to put up 563 yards of offense, with Prescott throwing for 463 yards and Amari Cooper catching 11 passes for 226 yards in the loss.

Green Bay improves to 4-1 on the season – they’ll host Detroit for Monday Night Football next week.
