Judge Orders Vos To Turn Over Records

A Dane County judge ruled Friday that Assembly Speaker Robin Vos must turn over records, regarding a partisan probe into Wisconsin’s 2020 presidential election.

Judge Valerie Bailey-Rihn ordered Vos to turn over all records created between May and late August within 10 days, and said she did not see any reasons why he should not.

Vos’ attorney said it will be up to the Speaker to decide whether to appeal. The taxpayer-financed Republican investigation has been overseen by former state Supreme Court justice Mike Gableman, and not much information has been released about its specifics.
