Sports Headlines:

>>All-Pro WR Davante Adams Expected To Play Vs. Tampa Bay

(Green Bay, WI)  —  There has been no official announcement, but Packers wide receiver Davante Adams is expected to play in Sunday’s game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.  Adams was a full participant in Wednesday’s team practice.  He had initially expected to play in the Atlanta game but was held out.  The Packers’ bye week meant he received two extra weeks to recover from injuries.  The game in Florida will pit Green Bay’s 38 points-a-game offense against one of the best defenses in the NFL.  The Bucs are second in yards allowed, second in first downs, fifth in their sack rate, and eighth in points allowed.  Some are selling the game as the unstoppable force of the Packers offense against the immovable object of the Tampa Bay defense.

>>Bucks Desire To Trade Bledsoe Called An “Open Secret In The NBA”

(Milwaukee, WI)  —  NBA observers are saying the Milwaukee Bucks’ desire to trade guard Eric Bledsoe is an “open secret.”  Bledsoe is a solid performer during the regular season who suffers unexplainable drop-offs in performance during the playoffs – every year.  It’s likely no trades will happen before the league and the players’ union figure out what the salary cap will be next season.  That leaves the Bucks and all the other teams in a holding pattern.  Bledsoe has three years and almost 39 million dollars guaranteed on his contract.  That complicates the matter and takes leverage away from Milwaukee as general manager Jon Horst looks for a trading partner.

>>March Madness Coming To Fiserv Forum In 2025

(Milwaukee, WI)  —  March Madness is coming to Milwaukee’s Fiserv Forum in 2025.  The home of the Bucks in partnership with Marquette University will host first and second-round games that year.  The NCAA announced those plans Wednesday.  The Forum was already set to host first and second-round games for the NCAA Division One Men’s Basketball Championship in 2022.  Marquette is partnered with the Bucks and the Fiserv Forum in that deal, too.
