The Bucks look to make it eight wins in a row to start the season tonight as they visit the Boston Celtics. Boston is 5-2 and in second place in the Atlantic Division behind Toronto. Another coaching change for the Brewers – as pitching coach Derek Johnson is leaving the team to join another team in the NL Central. Brewers GM David Stearns announced Wednesday that Johnson is leaving the club – and sources told The Athletic’s Ken Rosenthal that Johnson will be taking the same position with Cincinnati. The Brewers starting rotation was fifth in the majors with a 3.73 ERA, while the bullpen sported a 3.47 ERA. The bullpen’s mark dropped to 1.98 in September. Johnson is the third coaching staff member to depart since the season ended. Hitting coach Darnell Coles resigned last week, while bullpen coach Lee Tunnell was fired.
