>>Badgers Welcome Maryland To Kohl Center For Big Ten Conference Game

(Madison, WI)  —  The Wisconsin Badgers will put their seven-game homecourt winning streak on the line when Maryland visits tonight (Monday).  The Terrapins are still looking for their first conference win.  Wisconsin has a four-game winning streak against the Terps.  It will likely come down to the defensive effort for the visitors.  They are undefeated when they hold opponents below 43-percent shooting.  It has been nearly four years since a Maryland team won a game played at the Kohl Center in Madison.  The veteran Wisconsin team makes very few turnovers, averaging just one in every eight positions – the second-best rate in the country. Tipoff time is 6 PM, coverage starts at 5 on KFIZ.

>>A Pair Of .500 Teams Meet In Duke’s Mayo Bowl Wednesday

(Charlotte, NC)  —  When Wake Forest meets the Badgers in Wednesday’s Duke’s Mayo Bowl in Charlotte it will be a couple of teams trying to end disappointing seasons on a high note.  Both the Demon Deacons (4-and-4) and Wisconsin (3-and-3) won just half of their starts this season and both had issues with COVID-19 forcing the cancellation of some games.  The Badgers led the nation in time of possession again and they will try to take advantage of a weak Wake Forest defense.  Although they were good and forcing turnovers, Wake ranked 107th in passing defense, 90th in rushing defense and 107th in total defense.  Wake Forest does have a strong offense.  Kick-off from Bank of America Stadium will be at 11:00 a-m.
