–Bonnie Jensen scored 13 points to lead the Red Hawks in the win. Former Fond du Lac High School athlete Megan Dille scored nine points as part of her “Senior Night” at Ripon.

–Imani Lewis scored 18 points to lead the Badgers in the loss

MLB Spring Training:

–Avisail Garcia went 2-for-2 with a double and scored the only run of the game for the Brewers in their loss to the Cubs. Brewer batters struck out 13 times against Cubs pitching in the loss. Milwaukee is off today and is back in action Monday against the Los Angeles Angels.

–The Sabres clinch the #2 seed in the North Division for the upcoming Harris Cup playoffs, and will host Lawrence University Wednesday in the opening round

Big Ten:

#5 Wisconsin 2, Michigan State 1

–Cole Caufield scored twice as the Badgers downed the Spartans to win their first ever Big Ten Regular Season title. It’s the program’s first regular season conference crown since the year 2000.

–The Sabres will play at Concordia-Wisconsin Tuesday in the opening round of the NCHA Slaats Cup playoffs.

–The Badgers advance to their seventh straight WCHA title game. The Badgers will play Ohio State today at 2 PM.
