–Wilmer Flores hit a walk-off solo home run in the bottom of the ninth to power the Mets past the Brewers in the series finale at Citi Field on Sunday afternoon. Milwaukee collected just three hits off of Mets’ starter Noah Syndergaard, but pulled ahead 2-1 on a throwing error by the Mets that allowed Jesus Aguilar and Lorenzo Cain to score. A home run from Brandon Nimmo tied the game at two before Flores ended the game in the ninth. Milwaukee opens a three-game series with Cincinnati at home tonight, coverage on KFIZ and the Brewers Radio Network starts at 6:05 pm.

Boston 113, Milwaukee 107 (OT)

–The Bucks couldn’t carry the momentum from a dramatic end to regulation to a victory in game one of their first round playoff series with Boston. Down 96-93 with 15 seconds left in the fourth quarter, Malcolm Brogdon hit a long three-pointer to tie the game at 96. Then, with 1.5 seconds left, Boston’s Terry Rozier hit a step back three pointer to put the Celtics ahead. Then, as time expired, Khris Middleton made a 35-foot three pointer to tie the game at 99 and send the contest to overtime. Boston would then outscore Milwaukee 14-8 in the extra frame to win. Giannis Antetokounmpo had 35 points and 13 rebounds, Khris Middleton added 31 for the Bucks in the loss. Game two is Tuesday in Boston.
