Girls Swimming & Diving: 

WIAA State Meet – at Waukesha South

Fond du Lac High School senior Julie Rebek is the State Champion in Girls Diving, after recording a final score of 476.65 at the state meet on Tuesday. Her championship-winning score is also a new school record. 

Also at the state meet, Fond du Lac High School senior Ellie Sitter took eighth place in the 100 yard freestyle, setting a new school record with a time of 53.24

Cross Country: 

The Fond du Lac Boys and Girls Cross Country Teams competed at the Appleton North Invite on Tuesday. The Fondy boys team took first place at the invite – with Kevin Zheng and Charlie Quast both placing in the top five individually. The Fondy girls team took second place at the invite, with Ally Schmitz and Sophia Schneider placing fourth and fifth, respectively.

–Travis Shaw’s three-run home run in the first inning put the Brewers ahead for good as they snapped a three-game losing skid and won the second game of their series against the Cubs in Chicago. The series wraps up this afternoon, first pitch is 1:20 PM.
