Girls Volleyball: 

Winnebago Lutheran 3, Lomira 0 (25-11, 25-20, 25-12)

Laconia 3, Oakfield 0 (25-9, 25-15, 25-8)

–The Spartans clinch the Flyway Conference Champions and complete an undefeated season

Ripon 3, Campbellsport 1 (22-25, 25-7, 25-15, 25-18)

Boys Volleyball: 

Fond du Lac 3, Neenah 0 (25-18, 34-32, 25-22)

Girls Tennis: 

Fond du Lac went 1-2 in three tennis matches on Thursday, defeating Oshkosh North 7-0, and falling to Oshkosh West 6-1 and Neenah 7-0.

MLB: 

National League: 

St. Louis 3, Milwaukee 1

–Nolan Arenado crushed a two-run home run in the eighth inning to give the Cardinals a win on opening day in St. Louis. The loss ruined another great performance from starter Corbin Burnes, who tossed six shutout innings, allowing one hit and striking out nine batters. Travis Shaw had three hits in the loss for the Brewers. The series resumes Saturday afternoon.

American League: 

Chicago White Sox 6, Kansas City 0

Minnesota 10, Seattle 2

NBA: 

Dallas 116, Milwaukee 101

–Donte DiVincenzo scored 22 points, with Bobby Portis adding 20 points and 14 rebounds – but it wasn’t enough for the Bucks who fell to the Mavericks in the final game of their six-game road trip, Luka Doncic scored 27 points in the win for Dallas. Milwaukee is back at home tonight to play Charlotte.
