–Maddie Loehr and Audrey Schumacher each hit a two-run home run to help lead the Vikings past the Cardinals on the road. WLA improves to 4-0 in the Flyway and 8-0 overall with the win.

–Emma Mulder scored the lone run of the game in the fourth inning as the Spartans edged the Orioles on Tuesday. Addi Maurer tossed a one-hitter for Laconia, striking out 11 in the win. Natalie Miller had the only hit of the day for North Fondy – she struck out nine batters in six innings of work in the loss.

Fond du Lac won an FVA Dual Meet over Appleton East on Tuesday, 166 to 184.

The East Central Conference held a pair of “Mini Meets” on Tuesday. In the first meet, hosted at Mascoutin Golf Club in Berlin, Ripon took fifth place, Campbellsport was seventh and Waupun did not record a team score. Riley Brooks of Ripon and Luke Eichstedt of Campbellsport both tied for fourth individually with a 42. Ayden Enders was the top individual finisher for Waupun with a 47. 

In the second meet, hosted at Lawsonia Links in Green Lake, Ripon tied for fourth place, with Campbellsport placing seventh, and Waupun did not record a team score. Ripon’s Cole Burdick tied for third with a 41, with his teammate Sam Yeomans and Campbellsport’s Luke Eichstedt tying for seventh with a 42. Ayden Enders led Waupun with a 47 to tie for 20th.

–The Cardinals scored five runs in the top of the 11th to steal a win in extras over the Brewers at American Family Field. Paul Goldschmidt and Tyler O’Neill clubbed home runs in the 11th to put the Cardinals in front. Game two of the series is tonight – first pitch is 6:40 PM, radio coverage starts at 6:05 on KFIZ.

–Giannis Antetokounmpo scored 27 points and grabbed 12 rebounds as the Bucks bounced back from Monday’s loss to the Spurs to top the Magic at home. Milwaukee travels to Indiana on Thursday night, tipoff is 6 PM
