–Joe Boehnlein had five hits – including two doubles and a home run – driving in five runs for Chilton in the win. Eli Schipper totaled three hits – with two triples and a double and drove in six runs for Johnsburg in the loss.

–The Titans win the best-of-three series with the Warhawks and advance to the NCAA Division 3 national tournament. 

MLB: 

National League: 

Milwaukee 10, Atlanta 9

–The Brewers led 8-0 going into the seventh inning, but had to hold on for the win as they avoided the sweep by Atlanta in the weekend series at American Family Field. Kolten Wong, Omar Narvaez and Lorenzo Cain had three hits each in the win for the Brewers – which was only their fourth win in their last 14 games. The Braves scored seven runs in the seventh to get back into the game, capped off by a grand slam from Freddie Freeman. Atlanta would have the go-ahead run on base in the ninth, when William Contreras struck out against Josh Hader to end the game. 

The Brewers are off today and travel to Kansas City for a two game series Tuesday and Wednesday.

–Rookie Jordan Nwora scored 34 points off the bench to lead the Bucks in the loss to the Bulls in the regular season finale. Milwaukee rested all of its starters in the game, having been locked into the #3 seed for the playoffs earlier in the day thanks to Brooklyn’s win over Cleveland. The Bucks will play Miami in the first round of the playoffs – game one will be this weekend.
