Kaukauna defeated Fond du Lac 145-154 in an FVA Dual Meet on Wednesday. Seb Hoban had the low score for the Cardinals with a 37. Brock Hlinak shot a 33 to lead Kaukauna.

–The Brewers led 4-3, but Corbin Burnes gave up three runs in the sixth and the Brewers went on to lose game three of the series to the Rockies at Miller Park. Jay Jackson allowed four more in the eighth for Milwaukee.  Mike Moustakas hit a two-run homer and Ben Gamel a two-run single for the Brewers in defeat. The final game of the series is this afternoon – coverage starts at 11:35 on KFIZ.

Brewers pitcher Chase Anderson is on the injured list with a lacerated middle finger on his pitching hand.  The right-hander was hurt while warming up for his start against the Rockies, but the club didn’t say how it happened.  Jacob Barnes started in Anderson’s place.

College Basketball:

The interim tag has been removed for Matt Lewis at UW-Oshkosh. Lewis was officially named the head coach of the Titan Men’s Basketball team Wednesday. Lewis served six seasons as the Titans’ top assistant, before stepping in to the interim role last spring after former coach Pat Juckem left the school. His resume in that one season included a 29-3 record, the school’s first outright WIAC title since 1978 and the school’s first ever National Championship in men’s basketball. Oshkosh defeated Swarthmore College of Pennsylvania 96-82 in the championship game in March.

NBA:

The Bucks and Celtics enjoy another night off before resuming their Eastern Conference semifinal tomorrow. They play Game Three in Boston after splitting the first two games of the best-of-seven matchup in Milwaukee. The Celtics will also host Game Four on Monday.

NFL:

The Packers have defensive lineman Kenny Clark in the fold for at least the next two seasons.  ESPN reports they’ve picked up his fifth-year option, keeping him with the Pack through 2020. The 2016 first-round draft pick has 10-and-a-half sacks over the last two years.

The Packers will kick off a three-day rookie minicamp tomorrow.  Drafted and undrafted players will be on hand Friday through Sunday.  Green Bay begins OTA’s on May 20th. They run periodically through June 6th.  A three-day mandatory minicamp starts on June 11th.
