Alex Erro went 3 for 4 at the plate, while Tyler Wardwell from Duke University added two hits in his Dock Spiders debut. –Torrential rain in Pittsburgh led to Wednesday night’s series finale between the Brewers and Pirates to be postponed. The teams waited out the rain for two hours before making the decision to postpone the contest. The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader on Saturday, July 14th. The Brewers are back home to open a four-game series against St. Louis tonight, Brent Suter goes for Milwaukee while the Cardinals counter with Carlos Martinez. Coverage on KFIZ and the Brewers Radio Network begins at 6:35 pm.
