Berlin’s legion team forefited their wins in Saturday’s action, meaning Lomira/Theresa will play Beaver Dam today at 5 pm in the Regional Final.

–The Dock Spiders were held to just four hits in the loss – with Jack Wassel scoring the only run for Fondy in the fifth inning. Fondy is off for the All-Star Break until Thursday when they visit the Wisconsin Woodchucks.

–Matt Kemp crushed two home runs and the Dodgers notched 15 hits in the win as Los Angeles clinched a series win over the Brewers win the win Sunday at Miller Park. Travis Shaw hit a two-run single in the first inning for a 2-0 Brewers lead, but it was all downhill from there as LA put up five runs in the second inning, eventually chasing Brewers starter Brent Suter after just three innings. Milwaukee welcomes the Washington Nationals to town for a three game series starting tonight, coverage starts at 6:35 on KFIZ.
