–Trent Grisham clubbed a three-run home run in the bottom of the eighth inning to lift the Brewers past the Twins at Miller Park Wednesday afternoon. The Twins built a 3-1 lead on three solo home runs, and extended that lead out to 5-2 before the Brewers mounted a comeback. Ryan Braun and Hernan Perez reached base to start the eighth, before Grisham blasted his 403-foot home run to right field. Minnesota loaded the bases with two outs in the ninth, but Matt Albers got CJ Cron to fly out to end the game. The Brewers are off today and begin a six-game road trip Friday night in Washington against the Nationals.

UW-Oshkosh will be celebrating the 25th anniversary of its NCAA Division 3 World Series Champion Baseball Team when members of its 1994 team return to campus next month. Coaches and players will be recognized at halftime of the TItan football game against Huntingdon College (Ala.) on September 21st. The 1994 Titan baseball team compiled a 41-4 overall record, defeating Wesleyan University of Connecticut 6-2 in the D3 World Series championship in Battle Creek, Michigan.
The Packers play their second preseason game tonight as they visit the Baltimore Ravens. Coverage starts at 4 pm, kickoff is 6:30 on 107.1 The Bull (WFON).
