NFL Preseason: 

Baltimore 26, Green Bay 13

–Tim Boyle threw for 107 yards and a touchdown in the loss for Green Bay that dropped their preseason record to 1-1. Mason Crosby and Sam Ficken each made one field goal for the Packers’ only other scoring in the game. Aaron Rodgers was expected to play, but was a late scratch from the lineup due to tightness in his back. 

Justin Tucker made four field goals in the win for the Ravens – with rookie quarterback Trace McSorley connected on a 23-yard touchdown pass in the second quarter. 

Tonight: Chicago Bears at NY Giants

Major League Baseball: 

The Brewers start a six game road trip tonight with the first of a three game weekend series against the Washington Nationals. Milwaukee is 63-58, and has won six of their last eight games – splitting a two game series with Minnesota at Miller Park this week. Washington is 65-55, and have won four in a row and seven of their last 10 games. The Nationals completed a three game sweep of Cincinnati earlier this week. Thanks to losses by both the Cubs and Cardinals on Thursday night, the Brewers sit just a game back of first place going into tonight’s game. Adrian Houser is scheduled to start for Milwaukee, with Patrick Corbin getting the nod for Washington. Coverage starts at 5:30, first pitch at 6:05 on KFIZ.

–Bryce Harper crushed a walk-off Grand Slam to give the Phillies the win and complete the sweep of the Cubs

College Basketball: 

The UW-Oshkosh Men’s Basketball team has released their season schedule for 2019-2020. The Titans will begin defending their first National Title in school history with three straight road games, opening the season November 9th at Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois. Oshkosh will also take non-conference road trips to Michigan and to Georgia as part of the Emory Holiday Classic, hosted by Emory University on December 29th and 30th. The home opener for UWO is scheduled for November 23rd against Elmhurst College (Ill.), with the conference opener January 4th of 2020 against UW-La Crosse.
