–Cole Zabowski went 2 for 3 at the plate – including his fourth home run of the season as Fondy won game one of the doubleheader with the Bullfrogs at Joannes Stadium. Fond du Lac’s own Austin Wagner threw a five-hit shutout in 6 & ⅔ innings in the win.

–Alex Erro had three hits, while Andrew Bullock drove in three runs as the Dock Spiders completed the sweep of the Bullfrogs with a win in game two. –Yasmani Grandal hit a two-run walk off home run to help the Dodgers beat the Brewers in game three of their series in Los Angeles Wednesday night. The homer was Grandal’s second of the night – after blasting a solo shot in the fifth inning. The Brewers trailed 4-2 entering the eighth, but a run-scoring double from Mike Moustakas and an RBI single from Manny Pina helped Milwaukee tie the game. Pina and Lorenzo Cain each had three hits in the game for the Brewers. The final game of the series is tonight, coverage on KFIZ begins at 7:25 pm, first pitch at 8

–Suspended in the eighth inning due to rain with the score tied at 2-2. The game will resume at 5:30 pm this evening, with the regularly scheduled game to follow around 7:05.
