Coach Pritchard: “A great day for our team to witness a miracle to watch Kenzie Koppenhaver step on to our pitch tonight and play a role in our victory.  She’s an inspiration to all the entire team.  I’m very proud of her dedication and perseverance.  Tonight Roncalli was over matched by our talented team.”

Goals scored tonight–Sage August 3, Taylor Schad 5, Aubrey Arnold 1, Abby Moore 1, and Sydney Pitzen 1.

Sheboygan N 3 Fondy 1

Coach Ruch: “We came out and improved on situations that gave us trouble in our first game. Our defending was much better, which meant we weren’t chasing players and we could conserve our energy as the game went along. It was great to get senior, Gabby Born back in the line up for us because of her speed and bringing 2 defenders on her to make other teammates available. Brooklyn Wood, with her 1st career goal tied the game up for us with a great upper 90 shot. Sheboygan North was able to convert 2 late goals in the 1st half due to quick transition. We played even with them in the 2nd half and although the result isn’t what we wanted we became a better team.”
