Ledgers Use Long Ball To Beat North Fondy

St. Mary’s Springs hit a school record 14 three-point shots in
a 75-26 win over North Fond du Lac in boys
Flyway Conference action on Thursday night at the Hutter Gym.  The Ledgers broke open a 6-4 game midway
through the 1st quarter by going on a 26-5 run which helped them
open up a 35-15 halftime lead.  Corey
Nies led all scorers with 18 points. 
Brennen Ottery added 7 for the Ledgers. 
Hayden Reitz led the Orioles with 9 points.  St. Mary’s
Springs (5-0, 3-0) heads to Howards Grove for a non-conference game on Tuesday
night.  North Fond
du Lac
(0-3, 0-6) will travel to Horicon for a non-conference tilt
on Monday.
