Leibham Wants To Change Status Quo In Washington

State Senator Joe Leibham is giving up 12 years in the State Senate to run for the 6th Congressional District seat. Leibham announced his run for Congress earlier this week at his home in Sheboygan. He says he would like to take the reforms that have been working for Wisconsin the past four years to Washington. He says he’s never faulted on conservative values and principles of small government and believes those values should be brought to the federal level. He says there’s a lack of budgeting and prioritization in federal government and the nation has to get its fiscal house in order. Leibham is one of three Republican candidates have announced runs for the seat Congressman Tom Petri is retiring from. For more information on his campaign visit his website
