Light Fixture Fire Temporarily Closes Restaurant

Firefighters responded to a fast food restaurant in Fond du Lac on Friday for reports of a fire in a light fixture. Crews were called to Tucker’s restaurant along West Johnson Street just after 7:00pm Friday night – where the smell of smoke was found inside the restaurant. The building was evacuated, stopping service for a short time. It’s believed an electrical problem led to the fire in an exterior light fixture.
