Little Chute Man Arrested in Oshkosh after Chase

An 18 year old man from Little
Chute is facing charges after a chase that started in a gas station parking lot
in Oshkosh Monday
night. A Wisconsin State Trooper responded to the Shell gas station on Westowne Avenue in Oshkosh just after 11 pm
Monday for a report of someone driving in circles around the parking lot and
gas pumps. As the driver left the parking lot, he started to go through more
parking lots of nearby businesses, eventually coming to a stop behind a
business. The driver left the scene, but was taken into custody at a nearby
hotel after causing a disturbance there. The State Patrol says one of their
vehicles sustained minor damage in the chase. The man is facing charges from
the State Patrol of Operating While Intoxicated – Controlled Substance, reckless
driving and felony fleeing and eluding. Oshkosh Police are adding charges of
obstructing and battery to a police officer.
