Area leaders discussed the status of the problem in

reduction, law enforcement, and treatment to battle the epidemic. Kim Mueller of the Fond du Lac County Health
Department says that she interacts with many heroin addicts at the

Charges Filed in 2012
Accident
A
37-year-old
man has been charged with Homicide by Negligent Operation of a Vehicle stemming
from an accident in July of 2012. The
complaint filed earlier this week says that Richard J. Hartung was traveling
north on Highway 175 near Church Road when he attempted to pass a vehicle in a
no-passing zone and ended up going off the road and striking a tree while
trying to avoid an on-coming vehicle. The accident resulted in the death of his
passenger, Shane A. Wincapaw. If
convicted Hartung faces up to 10 years in prison and up to a $25,000 fine. A
preliminary hearing is set for December 18th.

vehicle crash on Sth 33 at the intersection with Cth P in the
