Lomira Man Facing Charges Following Super Bowl Party Disturbance

A 44-year old Lomira man is facing charges this week following a domestic disturbance at a Super Bowl Party. Jason Moore is facing multiple charges including a felony count of Discharge of Bodily Fluid and Bail Jumping.

He is accused of spitting at police after he became inebriated at a Party on Super Bowl Sunday. Cash bond was set at $5,000. Police were called to a Lomira residence this past Sunday,(2/2/2020) and when they arrived they found Moore outside and uncooperative.

Moore was eventually taken into custody and while in the squad car, reportedly spit at a police officer. Moore could face up to five and a half years in jail if convicted. A judge will decide next week if there is enough evidence to order a trial.
