Mailbox Vandalism Reported In FDL County

Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s officials and the Fond du Lac Police Department are looking for tips on who committed a rash of mailbox vandalism in the southeast part of the City and east of the City Tuesday night or early this morning. Sheriff’s Sergeant Paul Rottscholl says about 50 mailboxes were damaged either by use of a baseball bat or just being pulled out of the ground. Seven of them were located along Rienzi Road. The rest were found on County Highways H and K, Grandview Road, Reinhardt Road, and Walnut Road.
