Maintenance Work At Lighthouse Begins 3/22

City of Fond du Lac Director of Public Works, Paul DeVries, made the announcement Friday that maintenance work on the Lakeside Park Lighthouse beginning Monday, March 22. A city park crew will begin to replace boards that have deteriorated. The aging siding boards were discovered during a recent inspection. The boards will be replaced with like material, and as such will not affect the historical significance of the Lighthouse.
