Man Accused in Dump Truck Pursuit Pleads “Not Guilty”

A Randolph man accused of drunkenly leading police on a chase while driving a dump truck says he’s not guilty. 34-year old Theodore Tamminga entered the plea Wednesday to felony counts of fleeing and Fifth Offense OWI, along with a misdemeanor of operating while revoked. He was arrested after getting the truck stuck in a field. If convicted, Tamminga faces up to 14 years in prison.
