The man accused of intentionally targeting a motorcyclist was back in court in Fond du Lac County Monday. Daniel Navarro was ordered to take a second competency exam, to determine if he understands the various court proceedings and is able to assist in his own defense. Navarro is charged with first-degree intentional homicide with a hate crime enhancer for allegedly intentionally crashed into and killing Phillip Thiessen back on July 3 of this year on Winnebago Drive and Taycheedah Way in the town of Taycheedah.
