Marian Men Win NACC Title

The Marian University men’s basketball team punched their ticket to the NCAA Division III national tournament on Saturday night with a 65-61 win over Edgewood in the NACC title game at the Sadoff Gym.  The Sabres (22-6) have not been to the national tournament since 2001.  Sophomore Drew Binversie led three Sabres in double figures with 18 points. Jeff Harris added 12 points, while Josh Creed chipped in 10.  Marian will find out their 1^st round opponent on Monday night.  The DIII tournament begins on Thursday.
