Marquette Law School Poll Shows Slight Edge to Democrats

A Marquette University Law School poll released on Tuesday shows favorability leaning in favor of Democratic candidates in major races. The poll shows 48-percent of likely voters have a favorable opinion of Senator Tammy Baldwin, with 40-percent unfavorable. Her opponent, Leah Vukmir, is seeing 26-percent favorable opinions – and 38-percent unfavorable. Baldwin leads 53 to 42 percent in the poll. That same poll shows 52-percent of likely voters have an unfavorable opinion of Governor Scott Walker, who currently sits slightly behind Democrat Tony Evers, 49 percent to 44 percent. The August poll showed the two just about even.
