Mayville Robber Faces More Charges

A Mayville man faces more felony charges related to a string of gas station robberies. 38-year old Paul Lehmann was charged with Theft of Movable Property on Wednesday – accused with taking money from a BP station on December 25th. He was already charged with armed robbery with the threat of force after allegedly telling a clerk at a Shell gas station that he had a gun and demanded money in May. Officers who questioned Lehmann say marks on his arm showed likely heroin use. A judge will decide whether there is enough evidence for a trial in the robbery next week. Lehmann will make an initial appearance for the theft on June 18th
