Microtel Inn Robbed In FDL
Fond du Lac Police Sunday afternoon
searched for a man who robbed the Microtel Inn & Suites on Military Road.
The armed robbery was reported shortly after 2 p.m. An employee of the motel
told investigators a man displayed a black handgun and demanded cash. He got
away with an undisclosed amount of money. He fled on foot. Police used a K9 to
search for the man, but were unable to locate him. He was described as being
white with a thin build and is possibly in his 20s.H was wearing a dark
sweatshirt, blue sweatpants and sun glasses. No one was injured during the
incident. Anyone with information is asked to call Fond du
